Using a 4 hole bracket, a washer, a flat machine screw, and a locking nut on the inside of the wheel

Tips and Tricks for small brackets

Small two hole bracket.

Tiny brackets are a tight fit, but sometimes the best choice.

Spadehead thumb screws or a flathead 

 machine screw work best for a tight corner.

Tiny fingers have the advantage here.
